About Business Online Banking

Business Online Demo

While we are always happy to take your phone call, we realize that sometimes information is needed during non-business hours. For the majority of our customers, the Internet offers the best access vehicle for this. We have ensured communications from the Lake City Bank information database to our customers will maintain the utmost integrity and security.

This Internet-based information product is called Business Online. Highlights of the product include:

  • Security ? Access to information is regulated by a System Administrator located within your company. Users can then be assigned access to accounts and/or functions as deemed necessary by the company?s Administrator. Reporting of user access is also available.
  • Balance Information ? All account balances as of the close of business the previous business day are reflected as well as float outstanding and average balance totals for the statement cycle.
  • History Reporting ? History for the current statement cycle as well as two statement cycles prior are available for retrieval. Multiple users can access this history throughout the day. Transactions can be sorted a number of ways for ease of use: Total Debits, Total Credits, Total Checks, Item Search and Transaction Date Range. Users can also view images of cleared checks.
  • Intra-day Reporting ? Certain transactions that occur throughout the business day are reported in this special section of the service. Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, internal bank transfers and deposits processed at the teller window are all displayed in detail for your review.
  • Reports ? Users have access to pre-defined reports. They can choose from DDA (statement) report, paid check report, ACH items report and ZBA report. These reports can be downloaded in comma-delimited, tab separated, QuickBooks/Quicken and BAI2 formats. Forty-five days for prior information is available.
  • Internal Bank Transfers ? Transfers between Lake City Bank transactions may be made easily using pull down menus to establish the paying and receiving accounts. All transfers submitted and confirmed by 7pm Eastern time will be processed on the current business day.
  • Stop Payments ? Stop Payments may be placed online. The system allows you to check to see if your item has cleared before placing the stop. If you place a stop payment on a check already cleared, the system will notify you that this stop has rejected.
  • Wire Transfers ? The system will generate an online email message directly to the Lake City Bank Wire Transfer department for processing. If the Lake City wire deadline has been exceeded, the system will notify the user.
  • ACH Services ? This module may be added to assist with the origination of all ACH transaction types. Money can be moved to and from any financial institution that has a direct or indirect relationship with the Federal Reserve Bank. It provides a safe, efficient method to move money without the expense of paper checkstock or a wire transfer. The most well-known application is direct deposit of payroll; however, there are countless possibilities.
  • Bill-Pay ? This module may be added for a convenient way to pay your bills-as well as manage your financial resources-from a secure website. Users can pay a company, pay a person, send e-mail payments and concentrate funds to another financial institution.
