NOTE: You need to have Telephone Banking and be signed up for Personal Online Banking before you can access the Bill Payment Service. If you are not already a Telephone Banking customer or have Personal Online Banking, apply for those services first on the Personal Online Banking application. Once you've enrolled in Bill Payment, using the Service is as easy as logging on to Personal Online Banking, then clicking on the Bill Payment tab.
