- Copy of fully executed purchase contract
- Copy of original pay stubs covering the last 30 days
- W-2 forms from the last two years
- Most recent three months of statements for all deposit accounts
- Name, address, and phone number of landlord for prior 24 months
- High school or college diploma, if received within past two years
- Tax returns from past two years, if applicable
- Most recent two years corporate partnership S-Corp or other tax returns, if applicable
- Relocation agreement and phone number of relocation coordinator
