Telephone Banking provides access to Lake City Bank products and services 20 hours a day. You can use the automated Telephone Banking service from 4:00 a.m. to midnight to handle routine inquiries and transactions quickly and privately. Call anytime day or night, from anywhere in the world, for current information about your Lake City Bank accounts.

Simply follow the voice instructions. Once you are familiar with the available options, you do not need to wait for the audio instructions. You may interrupt the message at any time by pressing the appropriate number on your touch-tone telephone.

Telephone Banking offers the following:

  • Account information (on checking, Investor's Money Market, savings, and loan accounts)
  • Transfer of funds (limited transfers are available for such accounts as Investor's Money Market)
  • Current and available balances
  • Specific check information
  • Account history for up to three months
  • Interest information
  • Report a lost or stolen bank check card
  • Report a lost or stolen credit card
