Lakeland Financial Corporation is a one-bank holding company organized under Indiana law. Lakeland Financial Corporation conducts no business except that incident to its ownership of the outstanding stock of Lake City Bank, Warsaw, Indiana (the "Bank"), a full-service commercial bank.
The Bank's deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Bank's activities cover all phases of retail banking, including checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, brokerage services,* commercial and agricultural lending, direct and indirect consumer lending, real estate mortgage lending, and trust and investment management services.
The Bank's main office is located at 202 E. Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Other offices are located in twelve counties in northern Indiana.
