About Trust Online

Trust Online allows you to access your Trust & Investment Management account information. We recognize that today's customers have choices, and we want to be your resource of choice.

As such, we acknowledge changes in the way our customers gather and use their account information. In the past, and in some cases today, a periodic, scheduled statement that arrived in the mail was enough. Increasingly, our customers are telling us that this is no longer true.

Today, we know that you need access to your account information any time you wish. That is why we offer comprehensive, easy-to-use, Internet-based account access. You can now access your Trust & Investment Management account(s) through Trust Online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And it's easy to use.

Trust Online features are organized as Account Holdings access and Account Activity access. Here is a description of each:

Internet Access for Account Holdings
  • Account Holdings by asset categories, i.e., all holdings or only mutual fund positions;
  • Account Holdings by date, i.e., yesterday, month end, two months ago;
  • View account holdings with trade date or settlement date;
  • View account holdings on your PC;
  • Print holdings report on your printer;
  • Create a download file of holdings in detail (ASCII and CSV formats)
Internet Access for Account Transition History
  • Account transaction history by history categories, i.e., all history or only year-to-date dividend transactions;
  • Account transaction history by date range (for available transaction history);
  • View transaction history by trade date or settlement date;
  • View transaction history on your PC;
  • Print a transaction history report on your printer;
  • Create a download file of transaction history (ASCII and CSV formats).
