Business Banking - Merchant Services
Below is a brief description of our most popular account options. Please contact a merchant services representative to discuss additional options available.
Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
This option utilizes a POS (Point of Sale) terminal, which captures all sales transactions by performing an electronic authorization. Upon authorization, an attached printer will generate a sales slip for your customer to sign. Daily transactions are stored in the terminal until an electronic deposit is made via the terminal. This system will also allow for mail/phone order transaction processing, including Address Verification and check CVV2 (a 3-digit security code on the back of customer's credit card) to reduce your risk of fraudulent transactions. Accepts credit and/or debit card transactions.
Electronic Data Capture With Pinpad
All the features of regular Electronic Data Capture, but also able to process ATM cards. Customer must be present to enter PIN #. Pinpad attached to unit for authorization on ATM or Debit cards.
ARU (Automated Response Unit)
Call a toll free 800 number to receive an authorization from the customer's issuing bank. The transaction is electronically captured and processed following the phone authorization.
This system is for web-based payment processing. The system allows businesses to process credit card transactions from any PC with Internet access.
