Sheena White serves as Vice President, Merchant and Cardholder Services Manager. She started her career in financial services when she joined Lake City Bank in 1997.
She manages both the Merchant and Cardholder Service departments focusing on the sales cycle as well as providing service and enhancing existing relationships. She is experienced in merchant and cardholder processing software integration and customizable solutions for businesses.

Michelle Harris serves as Assistant Vice President, Merchant Services Support Officer. She started her career in financial services when she joined Lake City Bank in 1995.
She oversees the merchant account onboarding experience and provides the bank’s clients with continued processing support. She is proficient in assisting clients through validating their Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards compliance.

Tiffany Peterson serves as Merchant and Cardholder Services Officer. She started her career in financial services when she joined Lake City Bank in 2011.
She works with prospective Merchant and Cardholder Services clients during the sales process, identifying their unique needs and determining the appropriate solution.
Janell K. EcklebargerMerchant Services Support and Risk Analyst
Janell Ecklebarger serves as Merchant Services Support and Risk Analyst. She started her career in financial services when she joined Lake City Bank in 2011.
She focuses on ensuring Merchant Services customer account support expectations are met. She assists in mitigating risk and chargeback exposure to individual merchants. She also examines and prepares all prospective and existing statement analyses.
She earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University South Bend.

Susan Smith serves as Cardholder Services Specialist. She started her career in financial services in 1984 and joined Lake City Bank in 2004.
She supports our internal and external customers with handling account maintenance, inquiries and product promotion. Susan guides customers through selecting the best product for their business purchasing needs.
