Cammy Treadway to Lead Fort Wayne Commercial Team

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that it has named Cammy Treadway Regional Commercial Banking Manager for its East Region, and promoted her to Senior Vice President.

Treadway joined Lake City Bank in 2001 as a Commercial Relationship Manager. She has extensive experience in commercial lending and business banking, and has been an integral part of the bank’s growth in the Fort Wayne market.

“Lake City Bank entered the Fort Wayne market in 1999, and it has proven to be a strong market for our client-driven delivery model,” said David M. Findlay, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Cammy’s 30 years of commercial banking experience, her strong relationships with the Fort Wayne Lake City Bank team, and her commitment to the Fort Wayne community make her an excellent leader for the Fort Wayne market.”

Lake City Bank’s presence in the Fort Wayne market includes five offices in Allen County. The most recent, Fort Wayne Downtown, opened in December 2015 in Skyline Plaza. The Fort Wayne Commercial Team includes eight commercial lenders with a total of nearly 160 years in banking experience. Treadway is succeeding Jeff Kubly, Senior Vice President, who is retiring.

“With Jeff’s leadership, our success in Fort Wayne has been excellent. We have an exceptionally strong commercial banking team in Fort Wayne and we’re grateful for Jeff’s ten-year career at Lake City Bank. Cammy will work along with Bruce Wright, our Fort Wayne Retail Banking Regional Manager, to continue to grow our presence and reputation in Fort Wayne,” Findlay said. “We’re very excited about our future in the Fort Wayne market and look forward to growing our business through relationship-focused banking.”

Treadway has a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from Valparaiso University. She has a master’s in business administration from St. Francis College. She is on the board of Science Central, Inc., and works with Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana.

“Cammy’s strong banking skills, her relationship focus in serving clients and her long-term involvement in the Fort Wayne community will make her an excellent leader of the Fort Wayne team,” said Eric Ottinger, Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking. “We look forward to a strong future under her leadership in the market.”

“I’m very excited about my new role leading the Fort Wayne Commercial Team,” Treadway said. “With the way that the Fort Wayne market has responded to the Lake City Bank culture and our relationship-focused service, the future looks bright.”
