Lake City Bank Announces Promotions

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.

Sheena L. White has been promoted to Vice President, Merchant & Cardholder Services Officer. She helps bank clients find the merchant services programs or credit cards that will best fit their needs. She also helps new merchants with set up and training for processing card payments and provides customer service and support for current merchant services and credit card customers as well as supporting the rest of the Merchant Services team. She has been with the bank for almost 20 years.

Rosa M. Alba has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Goshen South office. She supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for more than 13 years. She is a volunteer for LaCasa, Inc., Junior Achievement and the Northern Indiana Hispanic Health Coalition.

Angie M. Daly has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Goshen Downtown office. She supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 11 years. Daly has an associate’s degree in business from Indiana University of South Bend. She is a board member and Finance and Events Committee member for Walnut Hill Early Childhood Center as well as a board member and Program Committee member for Junior Achievement of Elkhart County. She also volunteers with the American Red Cross Pillowcase Project.

Michelle L. Harris has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Merchant Services Support Officer. She manages all aspects of support for the Merchant Services team and oversees customer service and maintenance for merchant services accounts. She also provides training for new merchants, responds to service calls and assists merchants with compliance issues. She has been with the bank for 21 years.

Sabrina N. Meerzo has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Loan Officer. She underwrites direct and indirect consumer loans, meets with clients to discuss their loan accounts and helps monitor loan compliance. She has been with the bank for six years. She is a board member and Co-Treasurer for the Warsaw Noon Optimist Club and a board member and Secretary for Haiti Hungry No More.

Katina A. Stephenson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Nappanee office. She supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 14 years. She is a member of the Nappanee Noon Kiwanis and volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club of Nappannee and Junior Achievement.

Cali M. Doll, CTFA, has been promoted to Trust Officer. She is a Certified Trust Financial Advisor and has been with the bank for seven years. She works with Wealth Advisory Group customers to help manage their investments, administer estates and trusts and manage the day-to-day aspects of their finances. She has an associate’s degree in office administration from Manchester University and is a graduate of Cannon Trust School at the University of Notre Dame.

Lisa A. Mansberger has been promoted to Trust Officer. She works with Wealth Advisory Group customers to help manage their investments, administer estates and trusts and manage the day-to-day aspects of their finances. She has been with the bank for 11 years. She has an associate’s degree in office administration from Ivy Tech Community College and has completed Cannon Trust School I at the University of Notre Dame.

Ashley L. Pluta has been promoted to Internal Audit Officer. She performs internal audits and works with the bank’s internal auditors. She also performs audit tests required by the bank’s external auditors and assists with compliance review tests. She has been with the bank for four years.
