Lake City Bank Announces Promotions

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.

Gloria J. Crawford has been promoted to Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Indianapolis Clearwater branch. In this position, Crawford supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.  She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans.  She has been with the bank for three years. Crawford has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She serves as a board member for the IPS Education Foundation, the Indy Black Chamber of Commerce and the 2020 MLK Commons Vitality committee. She also volunteers for Flanner House, the Martindale-Brightwood Community Development Corporation and as a financial literacy coach.

Ryan D. Neese has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In this position, Neese measures profitability across several business units of the bank and is involved with strategic planning and decision making. He has been with the bank for eight years. Neese has a bachelor’s degree from North Central University and a master’s of business administration in finance and accounting from American InterContinental University.

Nicholas A. Toney has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. In this position, Toney works with businesses in the Fort Wayne area to provide financing and banking solutions. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Toney has a bachelor’s degree from Grace College. He serves as a board member for the Fort Wayne Children’s Choir and as treasurer and board member for the Euell A. Wilson Center. Toney volunteers for Junior Achievement and as a mentor at the Smith Academy for Excellence.

Paula J. Whiting has been promoted to Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Huntington branch. In this position, Whiting supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.  She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Whiting has a certificate in general business from Heartland Career Center. She serves as president for the Huntington Optimist Club and as a board member for Pathfinder Services, Junior Achievement and the Huntington University Foundation. She is also a Huntington County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. Whiting volunteers for United Way.

Melissa J. Blosser has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Elkhart Northwest branch. In this position, Blosser supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.  She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for eight years. Blosser volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Elkhart County.

Brandon A. Garey has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Payroll & Benefits Officer. In this position, Garey provides payroll and benefit information and administration for Lake City Bank employees.  He has been with the bank for three years. Garey has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from Indiana Tech. He has also earned the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Sheryl L. Harlan has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Pierceton branch. In this position, Harlan supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.  She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Harlan is a member of the Pierceton Chamber of Commerce and is a Cadet in the 2017/2018 Kosciusko Leadership Academy class. She volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Robin R. Ritchie has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Private Banking Officer, working out of the bank’s Fort Wayne Jefferson office. In this position, Ritchie works with private banking clients in the Fort Wayne area to provide banking solutions specific to their individual needs. She has been with the bank for nine years. Ritchie has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne. She serves as treasurer for the American Legion Auxiliary in Kendallville, Indiana, the Noble Area Soccer Association and East Noble High School Baseball. She also volunteers for Junior Achievement.

Sonia R. Teske has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Bremen branch. In this position, Teske supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Teske is a mentor for the Elkhart Boys & Girls Club and a member of the Elkhart Kiwanis Club and the Bremen Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers for Junior Achievement and the Elkhart County 4-H Fair.

David J. Curry has been promoted to Small Business Lending Officer. In this position, Curry manages an existing loan portfolio, underwrites new loans and makes decisions regarding loan modifications. He has been with the bank for four years. Curry has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics from Trine University. He is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division and serves as treasurer for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, Inc. He volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Holly A. Davis has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer, working out of the bank’s Indianapolis North branch. In this position, Davis assists commercial banking officers with prospect and customer communication, as well as handles construction loan monitoring and various aspects of loan documentation. She has been with the bank for 12 years. Davis has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University.

Justin T. Hayes has been promoted to Small Business Lending Officer. In this position, Hayes manages an existing loan portfolio, underwrites new loans and makes decisions regarding loan modifications.  He has been with the bank for three years. Hayes has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Bank Management Certificate from Indiana University Fort Wayne. He is a member of the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, Emerging Leaders Alliance, and the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division. He also serves as co-chairman for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana’s Leadership Institute. He volunteers with Junior Achievement.
