Lake City Bank employees taught fourth through sixth grade students at Cleveland Elementary in Elkhart about money and financial management using the JA in a Day curriculum from Junior Achievement. The lessons covered everything from personal finance to entrepreneurship to the global economy.

With a newly ventured partnership, Junior Achievement & Lemonade Day serving Elkhart County serves more than 6,000 students every year in kindergarten through high school in seven districts throughout the county through experiential JA and lemonade day programming. Local testing across five districts shows that nearly 57% of students improved their knowledge in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurism.
