Lake City Bank Welcomes Kyle E. Schwyn to its People Development team

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Kyle E. Schwyn has joined Lake City Bank as Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administration Officer.

In this position, Schwyn supports and maintains Lake City Bank’s HRIS, manages and tracks all personnel changes, employee performance review process, and supports all payroll functions. He has 10 years of experience in human resources.

Schwyn has a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University Fort Wayne (PFW) and an associate’s degree in business management and marketing from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formally known as IPFW). He volunteers with the National Weather Service with the SKYWARN storm spotter program.
