Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Alma R. Jimenez has been promoted to Talent Management Officer.

In this role, Jimenez is responsible for identifying, hiring and retaining quality employees for customer-facing positions within the bank. She has been with the bank for five years.

Jimenez has an associate’s degree in business administration from Ivy Tech Community College. She is a member of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce’s Young Adult Professionals and an ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana for Kosciusko County. Jimenez volunteers for the Lake City Bank Reality Store and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
