Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Mary A. Lepird has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Talent Management Manager.

In this position, Lepird leads the recruitment activities of the bank including identifying, hiring and maintaining quality talent for all areas of the bank. She has been with the bank for 20 years.

Lepird holds a SHRM-CP Certification and is studying Business Administration at Ivy Tech. She is a member of the Michiana chapter of Society for Human Resource Management and the Kosciusko Human Resources Association.
