Lake City Bank’s Lili A. Dailey Appointed to Indiana’s Probate Code Study Commission

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Lili A. Dailey, Vice President, Trust Officer, was recently appointed to the State of Indiana’s Probate Code Study Commission by Governor Mike Braun.

The Probate Code Study Commission examines the Probate, Trust and Fiduciary sections of Indiana Code and recommends changes to the Indiana General Assembly to ensure these remain current and efficient in areas such as estate and guardianship administration. As a commission member, Dailey serves in an advisory role to offer her expertise and input to legislators on probate law matters.

“We’re very proud to have Lili serve on the Probate Code Study Commission,” said Carrie A. Gutman, Senior Vice President, Chief Wealth Advisory Officer. “She has extensive experience and perspective from working with our Wealth Advisory Group clients for trust and estate administration needs, which will undoubtedly prove valuable to the commission as they navigate the complexities of probate law.”

Dailey is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor and earned her associate degree in business management from Indiana Business College. She is a graduate of the Trust Tax School at Cannon Financial Institute. She has been with the bank for 27 years and has 35 years of financial services experience.
