Carrie A. Gutman, JD, CTFA™

Carrie Gutman serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Wealth Advisory Officer at Lake City Bank. She is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She practiced law for 20 years, started her career in trust administration in 2016 and joined Lake City Bank in 2023.

Carrie’s volunteer work focuses on education that helps equip children to succeed. She is vice president of the Allen County Board of Parks and Recreation, treasurer of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School board, member of the Investment Committee for the Concordia Theological Seminary, member of the Finance Committee for the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center and is a board member of STARBASE of Indiana Inc. Carrie is also a member of the Indiana State and Allen County bar associations.

She earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University and her juris doctor degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Melanie L. Farr, JD

Melanie Farr serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Fiduciary Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She practiced law for 25 years, started her career in trust administration in 2023 and joined Lake City Bank in 2024.

Melanie’s previous volunteer work focused on providing legal services for low-income individuals in guardianships and estate planning and administration. She served as past president of the board of directors as well as past chairperson of the Probate, Trust and Tax section of the Allen County Bar Association.

She earned her bachelor’s degree at Defiance College and her juris doctor degree at the University of Toledo College of Law. She is a licensed attorney in Indiana and Ohio.

Andrew R. Haddock, CFA®

Andrew Haddock serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. He started his career in trust investments in 1990 and joined Lake City Bank in 2005.

Andy’s community involvement focuses on organizations that support children and families. He previously served with the Lutheran Foundation, which is dedicated to caring for people mentally, physically and spiritually. He has also worked with Lutheran Social Services, which helps equip families facing challenging obstacles with skills to make positive life choices. Additionally, Andy served on the investment committee of the Foellinger Foundation, an organization that supports nonprofits serving children and families. He currently serves on the endowment investment committee of the Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics at Indiana University in Fort Wayne and his master’s degree in economics at the University of Washington.

Richard A. Delks

Richard Delks serves as First Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He started his career in financial services in 2002 and joined Lake City Bank in 2015.

Richard is President of the Elkhart Unit Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County. He volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club because of its mission – inspiring and empowering all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. He finds the club’s impact on children and families uplifting and motivating.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate finance at Ball State University.

Reneta Thurairatnam serves as First Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She started her career in financial services in 1997 and joined Lake City Bank in 2014.

Reneta is deeply committed to community service and leadership. She currently serves as a board and finance committee member of the Allen County Public Library Foundation, Humane Fort Wayne, and Vera Bradley Foundation where she also serves as Treasurer. She is a finance committee member of the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne and previously served as a board member of the Parkview Foundation where she continues to volunteer. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and University of Saint Francis. Reneta is also part of the Inclusivity Committee at Lake City Bank.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business economics at Huntington University and her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business at the University of St. Francis. She also graduated from Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School.

Kevin Hampton serves as Vice President, Senior Investment Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He started his career in financial services in 1985 and joined Lake City Bank in 2021.

Kevin enjoys working with youth in his community to promote educational, social and economic advancement. He is a board member of McCoy, Inc. and Liberty Grove Schools and is a part of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council (PALC) of the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF).

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and master’s of jurisprudence degree with a concentration in corporate and international law from Indiana University.

He volunteers with youth basketball as a coach and serves as board president with his church.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University.

Lili Dailey serves as Vice President, Trust Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA). She started her career in financial services in 1990 and joined Lake City Bank in 1998.

Lili enjoys working with youth in her community. She volunteers at her child’s school, has taught Junior Achievement classes, participated in Reality Stores and helped select scholarship recipients for the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.

She earned her associate degree in business management from Indiana Business College and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute.

Michelle Kindler serves as Vice President, Investment Administrator in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She started her career in financial services in 1997 and joined Lake City Bank in 2006.

Shelly’s volunteer activities involve supporting children, education and the impoverished. She believes that establishing a strong support system and providing guidance early in life can help create a more defined and positive path throughout life. Shelly also works with The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation.

She earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Jennifer King serves as Vice President, Personal Trust Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She started her career in financial services in 1983 and joined Lake City Bank in 2014.

Jenny works with organizations that reflect her interest in children, history and enhancing the lives of those with limited access to the arts. In addition to past work as a Big Brothers/Big Sisters buddy, she has worked with the History Center. Her current efforts include work with Junior Achievement, the Charitable Gift Planners of Northeast Indiana and Audiences Unlimited.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Purdue University in Fort Wayne and is a distinguished graduate of the National Graduate Trust School of the American Bankers Association.

Ike Shipman serves as Vice President, Wealth Advisor at Lake City Bank. He started his career in financial services when he joined Lake City Bank in 2025.

He volunteers with Michiana Down Syndrome, Girls on the Run, the State of Indiana’s Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare programs, and the Rite of Passage Organization. Ike is also a board member of River Park Business Association and All-American Investments in South Bend.

He earned his bachelor’s degree at University of Texas and his master’s degree at Arizona State University.

Adam Esterline serves as Assistant Vice President, Wealth Advisory Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He started his career in financial services in 2020 and joined Lake City Bank in 2021.

Adam is a board member of Combined Community Services and enjoys helping others in his community through his church, where he is on the board of elders. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Purdue University and his master’s degree at Olivet Nazarene University.

Nathan Targgart serves as an Investment Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He started his career in financial services in 2019 and joined Lake City Bank in 2025.

Nathan volunteers at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission and at his local church, where he leads classes for the church youth. He is passionate about teaching valuable lessons to the next generation and supporting his community.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Taylor University and a master’s degree in business administration from Purdue University Fort Wayne.

She volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters because she wants to make a difference in the life of a young person who might be experiencing difficulties. She volunteers at the bank’s Reality Store program to help young people learn about finance, and volunteers visiting the elderly.
