Lake City Bank is committed to being the acknowledged and recognized leader in Midwest Community Banking. We achieve this mission only through the hard work and dedication of our employees. The bank team is 701 people strong, including 655 full-time, 20 part-time, and 26 seasonal/temporary employees as of December 31, 2025.

The bank is committed to social and governance responsibility, and in 2020, the management team added “inclusivity” as the eighth core value defining our organizational culture. The bank’s employee Code of Conduct supports diversity and inclusion efforts in our workplace, and a Diversity and Inclusion Task Force is charged with developing and promoting initiatives throughout the corporation.

In 2022, every employee participated in a foundational course to establish a base level of awareness and education on the topic of diversity and inclusion. Since then, these efforts have continued through a host of interactive, informative courses designed to deepen learning around these important issues. Seventy-three percent of our employees identify as women or people of color. As of December 31, 2025, women comprise 60% of the Bank’s officers (310 officers – 186 women), 38% (9 of 24 members) of the Senior Leadership Council (which includes those with the title of Senior Vice President and above) and 56% (5 of 9 members) of the executive Management Committee. Additionally, five out of our 13 board members identify as women or people of color.

We are Lake City Bank

Inclusivity, one of Lake City Bank’s core values, underscores our commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture with equal opportunities for all employees. As part of our ongoing efforts to reinforce the importance of inclusivity, we have launched the We are Lake City Bank campaign to highlight the perspectives of individual employees. In addition, this also provides a glimpse inside the bank’s culture through real-life experiences of our team members. Click below to read what diversity and inclusion means to our team members.
