Personal Debit Cards

Lost your debit card? Notice unusual activity? Debit Card Controls is built right into Lake City Bank Digital, making it easy to manage and protect your cards in just a few taps — no separate app required.

With Debit Card Controls, you can quickly turn your card on or off*, set spending limits, and choose when, where, and how your card can be used.

What you can control
You can set restrictions and alerts based on:

• Transaction amount
• Transaction type, such as eCommerce, ATM, and in-store purchases
• Merchant type, including gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores
• Geography, including international transactions

Debit Card Controls now includes even more ways to manage your cards

• Activate new Lake City Bank debit, HSA, or ATM cards directly in Debit Card Controls.
• Report a lost or stolen card and order a replacement immediately.
• Set up Travel Notifications to enter travel dates and destinations and help avoid potential card issues while you’re away.
• Alerts and notifications will be sent by text message or email (message and data rates may apply).

How to access and update Debit Card Controls

• Log in to Lake City Bank Digital. If you don’t currently use Lake City Bank Digital, you can learn more about how to sign up here.
• Select Debit Card Services from the menu.
• Choose an individual card or select Manage Card and Alerts.
• Under Card Management, select Debit Card Controls.
• Choose your alert delivery option (SMS/text or email – message and data rates may apply). Select Enroll Cards.
• Set limits to control which transaction types, merchant types, and spending amounts are allowed.
• Select Submit Limits.
