Caring for our Environment

At Lake City Bank, we are committed to caring for the environment through sustainable practices and reducing our carbon footprint. We strive to make environmentally conscious decisions when it comes to recycling computer equipment and donating unused new equipment to the schools in our community. In addition, we work alongside conservation organizations such as the Lilly Center for Lakes & Streams and the Watershed Foundation, as it demonstrates our commitment to help protect our planet for future generations.

Reducing Paper Adds Up

Naturally, banking involves paper — statements, notices, receipts, and more. But producing and disposing of paper uses significant resources, including water, trees, and electricity. That’s why we continue to invest in solutions that reduce paper waste without compromising service.

Lake City Bank Supports the Watershed Foundation

The Watershed Foundation (TWF) is an environmental nonprofit organization that protects and improves water quality in the Upper Tippecanoe River Watershed by stopping pollution at its source before it ever reaches the water.

Supporting Financial Literacy

Lake City Bank’s decades-long dedication to financial literacy can be seen through a variety of programs and services like the Financial Wellness Partner Program, Junior Achievement and the Reality Store.

Diversity & Inclusion

Lake City Bank is committed to being the acknowledged and recognized leader in Indiana Community Banking. We achieve this mission only through the hard work and dedication of our employees. The bank team is 701 people strong, including 655 full-time, 20 part-time, and 26 seasonal/temporary employees as of December 31, 2025.

Community

Lake City Bank has cared about our communities since first opening on May 14, 1872, in Warsaw, Indiana. As Indiana has grown over the years, we’ve grown right along with it — while proudly keeping the same name on the door. What started as one small office with $60,000 in assets has grown to 55 locations and $7.2 billion in assets. Even with all that growth, our focus hasn’t changed — to serve our communities, one customer, one business at a time.

Lake City Bank Supports Flanner House Community

Lake City Bank’s commitment to the Flanner house began back in 2017, when a group from the bank met with then-new Executive Director Brandon Cosby, who described the basic services the community lacked, including a bank, grocery store, and a path to home ownership.

Celebrating 150 years with $150,000 in Donations

At Lake City Bank we are committed to reporting reliable disclosures consistent with industry best practices to provide comparable, useful information to our investors. We are proud to provide Lake City Bank’s SASB Index including the SASB Commercial Bank, Consumer Finance and Mortgage Finance standards. Bank Secrecy Act

The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), also known as the Anti-Money Laundering Law (AML), passed into law in 1970. Designed to combat money laundering, the BSA established requirements for financial institutions that protect their clients, their communities and the country. Specifically, the law established requirements for recordkeeping and reporting suspicious activity that could indicate money laundering and other crimes.

Lake City Bank has integrated BSA controls into our processes and structure. Specifically, Lake City Bank maintains a BSA/AML compliance program including:

  • Designating a BSA officer who is responsible for managing BSA/AML compliance
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure ongoing compliance with the BSA, and due diligence of our customer base to identify beneficial ownership
  • Conducting independent BSA/AML compliance testing
  • Implementing yearly training for all bank employees based on their specific job responsibilities
