Agricultural Loans

Providing financial services to farmers and agri-businesses has been an important commitment of Lake City Bank since our founding in 1872. While the complexity of agri-businesses has changed over that time, we’ve grown with the industry and are in a great position to provide knowledgeable and experienced advice and banking services. In fact, we’re the second largest lender to agricultural clients in Indiana.

We can partner with your farm or agri-business for:

  • Operating lines of credit
  • Equipment loans
  • Real estate loans for purchasing/refinancing acreage
  • Construction loans for buildings or grain handling systems
  • Letters of credit
  • Specialized loan programs for beginning farmers through the USDA & Farm Service Agency. Lake City Bank is a certified lender through the FSA, which streamlines the application and documentation process.
