Jonathan Steiner serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Wealth Advisory Officer at Lake City Bank. He started his career in financial services in 1985 and joined Lake City Bank in 2010.
Jon’s community focus is on children, teens and education to help young people be the best versions of themselves. He has worked for many years with Boys and Girls Clubs, as well as other organizations like Questa Education Foundation that supports young people, learning and scholarship.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Taylor University and his master’s degree in business administration at Western Michigan University.


Andrew R. Haddock, CFA®

Andrew Haddock serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. He started his career in trust investments in 1990 and joined Lake City Bank in 2005.
Andy focuses his community involvement on organizations that support children and families. He works with the Lutheran Foundation, which is dedicated to caring for people mentally, physically and spiritually. For many years, he worked with Lutheran Social Services, which helps equip families facing challenging obstacles with skills to make positive life choices. Andy has also helped the Foellinger Foundation, an organization that supports nonprofits serving children and families.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics at Indiana University in Fort Wayne and his master’s degree in economics at the University of Washington.

James Westerfield serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Fiduciary Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor. He started his career in financial services in 1981 and joined Lake City Bank in 2005.
Jim works with two organizations that serve youth and families in crisis – Lifeline Youth and Family Services and Lasting Change. More broadly, he has worked with the American Heart Association, the Civic Theatre and the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Ball State University and graduated with high honors from the National Graduate Trust School in Evanston, Illinois.

Reneta Thurairatnam serves as Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She started her career in financial services in 1997 and joined Lake City Bank in 2014.
Reneta works with a variety of community organizations, including serving as treasurer for Humane Fort Wayne because she supports local animals and the people who love them. She is also a board member of the Parkview Hospital Foundation, Allen County Public Library Foundation and Vera Bradley Foundation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business economics at Huntington University, her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business at the University of St. Francis. She also graduated from Cannon Financial Institute.


Richard A. Delks

Richard Delks serves as Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He started his career in financial services in 2002 and joined Lake City Bank in 2015.
Richard works with the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County because of their mission – inspiring and empowering all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. He finds the club’s impact on children and families uplifting and motivating.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in corporate finance at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Kevin Hampton serves as Vice President, Senior Investment Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. He started his career in financial services in 1985 and joined Lake City Bank in 2021.
Kevin enjoys working with youth in his community to promote educational, social and economic advancement. He is a board member of McCoy, Inc. and Liberty Grove Schools and is a part of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council (PALC) of the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF).
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and master of jurisprudence with a concentration in corporate and international law from Indiana University.

Scott enjoys helping others in his community through coaching youth bowling where he gets the opportunity to mentor young people.
He earned his associate degree in business administration from Parkland College, and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Lili enjoys working with youth in her community. She volunteers at her child’s school, has taught Junior Achievement classes, participated in Reality Stores and helped select scholarship recipients for the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
She earned her associate’s degree in business management from Indiana Business College and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute.

Lisa enjoys working with the elderly in her community and making sure their needs are met. She is also a Junior Achievement volunteer.
She earned her associate’s degree in office administration and graduated cum laude from Ivy Tech Community College. She graduated from Cannon Trust School at the University of Notre Dame.

Shelly’s volunteer activities involve supporting children, education and the impoverished. She believes that establishing a strong support system and providing guidance early in life can help create a more defined and positive path throughout life. Shelly also works with The St. Joseph Community Health Foundation.
She earned her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Jennifer King serves as Vice President, Personal Trust Officer in Lake City Bank’s Wealth Advisory Group. She started her career in financial services in 1983 and joined Lake City Bank in 2014.
Jenny works with organizations that reflect her interest in children, history and enhancing the lives of those with limited access to the arts. In addition to past work as a Big Brothers/Big Sisters buddy, she has worked with the History Center. Her current efforts include work with Junior Achievement, the Charitable Gift Planners of Northeast Indiana and Audiences Unlimited.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Purdue University in Fort Wayne and is a distinguished graduate of the National Graduate Trust School of the American Bankers Association.

Steven supports financial literacy for children to help provide them with a base of knowledge about money and personal finance. He has volunteered with Junior Achievement and taught a variety of classes and students.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at Indiana University South Bend and his master’s degree in business administration at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

She attended Ozark Christian College.

Peggy credits her volunteer focus to her early years. Growing up, Peggy and her family were involved with scouting and she has carried on that tradition. Since 2007, she has held various chair positions at pack and troop levels, and currently is secretary for Boy Scout Troop 33. She also works with Community Harvest Food Bank because it reaches people of all ages and helps them meet a very basic human need.

Darlene’s most recent volunteer activity is with Big Brothers Big Sisters, because she wants to make a difference in the life of a young person who might be experiencing difficulties. She has worked at the bank’s Reality Stores to help young people learn about personal finance, and volunteers visiting the elderly.
