I value working at Lake City Bank for many reasons, but my top reason is that I enjoy mentoring my team. Their ambition makes me want to be my best self every day.

I believe that everyone, regardless of their background, can succeed at Lake City Bank if they’re willing to put in the effort. Lake City University classes teach skills that people might not have had an opportunity to learn growing up. Classes like Presentation Skills, Business Grammar & Writing, Customer Care and Responsible Communication contribute to our self-growth, which leads to career growth.
