Lake City University provides incredible opportunities to learn, with meaningful courses and knowledgeable instructors who help employees continue building their careers.
I recently had the opportunity to participate in an inclusivity and customer service class, which was a great experience. It allowed me to connect with colleagues across the bank, learn from different perspectives, and share my own experiences working within the Amish community.
As new employees begin their journey at Lake City Bank, I always tell them that they can build the career they want here because the bank will invest in them.
