Lake City Bank is pleased to welcome Shelby E. Cook as Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer of the Jimtown branch.

In this position, Cook leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.

Cook earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Grace College. She serves as a member with Tri Kappa – Elkhart Alpha Rho, board member with the Elkhart Civic Theater, board treasurer with the City of Elkhart – Parks & Recreation Department and as president of Kiwanis Club of Elkhart. She also volunteers with Cultivate Food Rescue and Feed the Children.
