Lake City Bank Supports Flanner House Community
Lake City Bank’s commitment to the Flanner house began back in 2017, when a group from the bank met with then-new Executive Director Brandon Cosby, who described the basic services the community lacked, including a bank, grocery store, and a path to home ownership.
Lake City Bank Supports Ivy Tech Students in Warsaw with Laptops
Lake City Bank partners with Ivy Tech Community College Warsaw to provide laptops for students through the college’s Loan-to-Own program. In the Loan-to-Own program, students can check out a laptop for two weeks.

Scholarships
The Kosciusko County Community Foundation administers the Cecil Armstrong Foundation Scholarship, the Brandenburg Scholarship and the Selma McKrill Brown Scholarship. Please visit the foundation website for more information.
Mary Jane Miller Scholarship
The Mary Jane Miller Scholarship provides financial assistance to individuals who want to improve their skills or advance their education after high school. Scholarship funds may be used at a college or university, business school, vocational school, professional training program or for an accredited course.
A scholarship committee selects recipients by considering scholastic record, financial need, service in the armed forces and the goals of the applicant.
Eligibility Requirements
The student must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana. Recipients can reapply for the scholarship during their undergraduate years.
Employees of Lake City Bank and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Application Procedure
The applicant must submit a packet consisting of:
- Completed application—Download the application by clicking the download button below. Save the application, complete it and save the completed application to avoid losing information.
- Copy of FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR), including Student Aid Index (SAI).
- Two letters of recommendation (dated for the current academic year)—from high school principal, teacher, professor, pastor or representative of a community organization.
- Copy of transcript from the school most recently attended. Include SAT/ACT scores if current.
- Do not include a photograph.
