Lake City Bank’s Maritza H. Patino Promoted to One Call Center Officer
Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Maritza H. Patino has been promoted to One Call Center Officer.
In this position, Patino trains and assists One Call Center representatives as they provide quality customer service and works with the quality assurance monitoring program. She has been with the bank for 10 years.
Patino is a part of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Lake City Bank.
