Lake City Bank’s Austin L. Bair Promoted to Assistant Vice President, CRA and Fair Lending Analyst Officer
Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Austin L. Bair has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, CRA and Fair Lending Analyst Officer.
In this position, Bair is responsible for the ongoing verification and analysis of the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and fair lending data. He monitors adherence with banking regulations and assists with planning and policy development to increase lending, services, and investments which meet the community and consumer credit needs and fulfill the bank’s regulatory obligations. He has been with the bank for seven years.
Bair earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University South Bend. He is a board member for the Realtist Association of Northeast Indiana (RANI). He teaches financial literacy classes at Fort Wayne Housing Authority and Lutheran Social Services of Indiana and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Lake City Bank’s Reality Store Program.
