Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Andy Skaggs has joined its Commercial Banking team.

Skaggs, who is Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer, works with businesses in the greater Indianapolis area to provide financing and banking solutions for commercial clients. He has 25 years of experience in financial services.

Skaggs has a bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Dayton. He is a graduate of the United Way of Central Indiana’s Leadership United program and volunteers as a youth sports coach.
