Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Denise M. Ramsey has been promoted to Retail Banking Officer, leading its Fort Wayne Downtown office team.

In this role, Ramsey supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles consumer and small business loans. She has been with the bank for 21 years.

Ramsey volunteers for Junior Achievement, United Way of Allen County, and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
