Lake City Bank Promotes Jennifer M. Hurford and Stephanie R. Leniski to Senior Vice President

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that it has promoted Jennifer M. Hurford to Senior Vice President and Treasurer and Stephanie R. Leniski to Senior Vice President – Retail Regional Manager.

“Jenny and Stephanie have strengthened our organization, and we are pleased to recognize them with this promotion. They are excellent partners to the entire Lake City Bank team,” said David M. Findlay, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Hurford manages day-to-day balance sheet oversight and has primary responsibility over interest rate risk, liquidity and funding. She also oversees the consolidated bank investment portfolio. She is Chairman of the Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO) and Co-chairman of the Deposit Strategy Committee. She has been with the bank for 10 years.

Hurford has her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society. She is an Argos Community Schools school board member, Treasurer for Argos Dollars for Scholars and a member of the Argos Old Gold Club parent organization. She also volunteers with Marshall County Habitat for Humanity, her local National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) chapter and Marshall County 4-H.

“Jenny has been a strong contributor to the bank’s success,” said Lisa M. O’Neill, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “Her oversight of our balance sheet and knowledge of the impact of the financial markets on it have allowed us to manage through a challenging interest rate environment.”

Leniski oversees the nine bank offices in St. Joseph and Elkhart counties and provides support to their individual office managers. She is also Office Manager of the bank’s South Bend Downtown office, where she supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships as well as managing the daily operations of the office and handling small business loans. She is on numerous bank committees and task forces and has been with the bank for 14 years.

Leniski has her bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration with concentrations in accounting and international business from Saint Mary’s College. She also has her master’s in business administration from Bethel College and is currently attending the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She is a board member for St. Joseph County Bridges Out of Poverty and volunteers with and coordinates the bank’s Reality Store and Money Smart programs.
