Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Cyndi J. Gianneschi has joined Lake City Bank as Vice President, Appraisal Manager, working out of the bank’s Indianapolis North office.

In this position, Gianneschi oversees the commercial real estate appraisal process, leads appraisal staff as the team orders and reviews appraisals, and performs environmental due diligence for real estate transactions. She has 36 years of experience in commercial real estate, including over 10 years in the appraisal industry.

Gianneschi has a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. She is a licensed real estate broker and a certified general appraiser in Indiana, as well as a certified general real property appraiser in Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Gianneschi is a General Review Specialist designated member of the Appraisal Institute (AI-GRS) and a member of the Appraisal Institute’s Hoosier State Chapter Education Committee. She is also a board member for Indiana Real Estate Data (IRED).
