Lake City Bank Welcomes Elaine Goad to its Mortgage Lending Team

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Elaine Goad has joined its mortgage lending team, working out of the bank’s Indianapolis Clearwater office.

Goad, who is Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator, works with individuals through every step of setting up their residential mortgage loans. She has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years, most recently with Ruoff Mortgage. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Make a Wish Foundation.

“We are very pleased to have Elaine join our mortgage lending team,” said Kevin L. Deardorff, Executive Vice President, Retail Banking Manager. “She brings with her many years of experience in the mortgage industry and a passion for helping individuals find the mortgages that are right for them.”
