Lake City Bank Welcomes Robert Congdon, QKA, to its Retirement Services Team

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Robert Congdon, QKA, has joined Lake City Bank’s Retirement Services team as Vice President, Trust Officer and Retirement Services Manager.

In this position, Congdon manages the Retirement Services department, consults with clients to determine and implement retirement plan options, provides fiduciary services and oversees plan maintenance. He has 27 years of experience in tax qualified retirement plan services.

Congdon earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University and holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and has been elected president of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Northern Indiana starting in 2022. He volunteers with Fort Wayne Rescue Mission and the American Red Cross.
