Lake City Bank’s Alice G. Hitchcock Promoted to Vice President, Wellness and Benefit Officer


Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Alice Hitchcock has been promoted to Vice President, Wellness and Benefit Officer.

In this role, Hitchcock oversees new employee onboarding and employee benefit plan administration, coordinates the bank’s health and wellness program, and manages other human resources programs. She has been with the bank for 10 years.

Hitchcock earned her Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP) through SHRM and is a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. She serves as secretary/treasurer for the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. She is also a member of Kosciusko County’s Child Care and Early Learning Coalition (LaunchPad), the Society for Human Resource Management and the Kosciusko Human Resources Association. Hitchcock volunteers for the Salvation Army, the Red Cross and Kosciusko Cares.
