Lake City Bank’s Carolyn M. Ross Promoted to Retail Banking Officer
Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Carolyn M. Ross has been promoted to Retail Banking Officer, leading its Columbia City office team.
In this role, Ross supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles consumer loans. She has been with the bank for 12 years. Ross succeeds Don L. Sexton, who has led the Columbia City office since 1997, and retired in 2020.
Ross is a board member for the Humane Society of Whitley County and the Multi-County Medical Outreach Clinic. She volunteers for the Humane Society of Whitley County.
