Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Denise M. Brennan has been promoted to Vice President, Mortgage Loan Underwriter.

In this position, Brennan reviews and analyzes mortgage loan applications for creditworthiness and conformance to loan guidelines used by the bank. She has been with the bank for ten years.
