Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that it has promoted Joe D. Burtnette to Small Business Lending Officer.

Burtnette manages a small business loan portfolio and underwrites new loan requests for small business customers throughout the bank’s footprint. He has been with the bank for three years.

Burtnette has a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne (formerly Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne).
