Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Seth M. Greiner has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Real Estate Appraisal Officer.

In this position, Greiner reviews real estate appraisals for accuracy, ensuring correct valuation of real estate assets using market value analysis. He has been with the bank for two years and has 10 years of financial services experience.

Greiner has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a specialization in real estate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
