Lake City Bank Announces Promotions

Lake City Bank is pleased to announce the following promotions.

Denise M. Brennan has been promoted to Vice President, Home Equity Manager. She manages the Home Equity Line of Credit Department processing staff and makes credit decisions on Home Equity Line of Credit applications. She has been with the bank for six years and is a member of the Warsaw Indiana Rotary Club.

Nathan R. Conley has been promoted to Vice President, Small Business Manager. He manages the bank’s small business loan portfolio, underwrites and decisions new loan requests and supports office managers with closing small business loans. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Conley has a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University and has the Risk Management Association’s Credit Risk Certification designation. He is a board member for the United Way of Kosciusko County and the Kosciusko Leadership Academy and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Grant N. Daily has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. He works with commercial and industrial clients in the Fort Wayne market to provide commercial banking solutions designed to meet each company’s unique needs. He has been with the bank for 14 years. Daily has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ball State University. He is treasurer of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Foundation as well as vice president of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana and a board member of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne Central Branch. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and serves on an advisory committee for Team Neighborlink.

Marshall C. Weadick has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. He works with commercial and industrial clients in the Fort Wayne market to provide commercial banking solutions designed to meet each company’s unique needs. He has been with the bank for more than two years. Weadick has a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from DePauw University. He was a member and vice president of the board of directors for the Middlebury Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Crystal Valley Exchange Club. He also volunteered with the Middlebury Boys and Girls Club.

Chris D. Merrill has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, System Administration Manager. He manages the bank’s team of Junior System Administrators and PC Technicians. He also manages multiple software products and systems. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Merrill has an associate’s of applied science degree in computer information systems from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor’s degree in management from Grace College. He is president of the board and president of the executive finance board for Warsaw Community Public Library.

Tammy L. Yowell has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Office Manager of the bank’s Concord office. She supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has been with the bank for 22 years. Yowell attended Michiana College. She is on the board for the Elkhart Child Development Center.

Karina K. Cervantes has been promoted to Operations Officer. She provides training, education and mentoring to the bank employees on her team. She also oversees the development and implementation of training programs for several of the functions in her area. She has been with the bank for five years. Cervantes has a bachelor’s degree in business from International Business College. She is the finance committee president for her church and volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Robin R. Ritchie has been promoted to Private Banking Officer. She works with private banking clients in the Fort Wayne area to provide banking solutions specific to their individual needs. She has been with the bank for eight years. Ritchie has a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne. She is treasurer for the American Legion Auxiliary Post 86 and the Noble Area Soccer Association board of directors.

Victoria L. Starr has been promoted to Security Officer. She is responsible for the physical security of the bank’s properties and helps prepare for regulatory exams. She has been with the bank for five years. Starr has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with minors in finance and criminal justice from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne. She volunteers with the Kosciusko County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
