Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Sheryl L. Harlan has transferred to its Winona Lake office, where she serves as Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer.

In this position, Harlan supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.  She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business and consumer loans. She most recently served as Retail Banking Officer of the bank’s Pierceton office. She has been with the bank for 10 years.

Harlan volunteers with Junior Achievement and is a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy.
