Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that it has promoted Kathy Madden to Office Manager of its Warsaw West office.

Madden supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She also manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. Madden has been with the bank for more than two and a half years.
