Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Michelle L. Jacobsen has joined Lake City Bank as Vice President, Trust Operations Manager.

In this position, Jacobsen manages the bank’s trust operations, performs analysis, and develops procedures, workflows and process automation. She has 34 years of experience in financial services, 26 in the trust industry.

Jacobsen has bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) and Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP).
