I appreciate the continued learning opportunities available (like training courses and lunch and learns). I love my team, to be honest, and my boss is seriously the best. Her leadership has shown me so much over the years. I truly believe our benefits are an amazing win for any employee here.

Lake City Bank is always offering courses and learning opportunities. I also enjoy collaborating with different branches and departments to find complete solutions for clients and being on a joint call together to present these solutions. To me, that is what makes us a stronger team as a whole.

What have Lake City Bank’s diversity and inclusion efforts taught you so far?
It has truly made me more conscious of others and that every single person matters. Everyone has a feeling, and they have every right to have that feeling. There is a way to improve communication and keep other’s feelings at the forefront. I have also learned that everyone has different experiences in life. It is how we choose to move forward and grow from those experiences that makes a difference.
